  • WILD GAME DINNER

    Each year since 1975, on the first Saturday of March, more than 150 club members contribute their time and talent to this amazing event. Established in 1975, the Wild Game Dinner is the St Luke Catholic Men's Club most important fundraiser and primary source of the funds we donate to support the cause of numerous organizations in the San Antonio area, around Texas and even Nationally and Internationally. Nearly 700 guests enjoy a selection of wild game which has included venison, seafood, turkey, quail, hog, deer sausage, fresh vegetables, and homemade desserts donated by our parish community. During the evening, raffles and auctions of many unique items occur. You will have the opportunity to bid paintings, collectables fishing and hunting trips, tickets to sporting events and much more. Our raffle includes a vast array of items from gift certificates to firearms.

  • TICKETS

    *THIS A 21 AND OLDER ONLY EVENT*

    Corporate Tables: Each table seats ten (10) guests, soled based on availability!

    Tier One - $1,300.00

    Tier Two - $1,200.00

    Tier Three - $1,100.00

    Individual General Admission Tickets: $110.00 each and tickets limited, less than 100 will be made available prior to the event. Reserved Group seating is not available unless you purchase a table.

    Parking: The St. Luke Church grounds has limited parking, so we sincerely encourage you to come early and car pool.

    Wristbands: All volunteers, paid staff and paying guest must wear a wristband or lanyard during the entire event.

  • RAFFLE AND AUCTION

    The Live Auction and Raffle starts at 7:30 p.m.

    Big Buck Tickets: $10,000.00 to be given away in Prepaid Visa Gift Cards. Tickets are $50.00 each. Do not need to be present to win.

    Business Card Raffle: Bring your business cards to enter!!! The cost to enter is $20.00. Prizes to be determined.

    $20-200 Raffle Tickets: A large array of sporting goods prizes including rifles and shotguns are to be given away. Tickets bundles start at $20 each and are only sold the night of the event. Must be present to win!!!!

    Door Prize Drawing: One lucky winner will be drawn from the events admission tickets taken at the door. Must be present to win and ID required to match name on winning admission ticket.

  • FOOD AND DRINK TIME

    Wild Game Meal will be served from 5:45 - 6:45 p.m. one plate per paid patron will be served, once everyone has had a plate seconds will be offered if available.

    Only 1 plate per guest.

    Bar will be serving from 4:30 p.m. until 9 p.m. , the open bar is included with your paid admission. Last call will occur one hour before the events ends at 10pm, last call announcements will be made by Master of Ceremonies.
